The Position

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Analyst with Advanced English to support the monitoring and validation of our educational products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the education sector, the ability to analyze and interpret performance data (such as NPS), and ensure our products are always up to date and aligned with user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of educational products, ensuring they remain updated, aligned with market demand, and meet student expectations.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Training Architects to ensure that educational products meet pedagogical and learning needs.
• Content Update on Platform: Upload videos and other materials to the student platform, ensuring content organization and accessibility.
• Product Validation: Execute and validate educational products, with a special focus on AI-generated English content, ensuring functionality, quality, and user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing feedback on products, identifying opportunities for enhancement, adjustments, or necessary implementations.
• Strategic Support: Assist in defining product strategies, working closely with development and design teams to improve the learning experience.

• Advanced English (written and spoken) to interact with stakeholders and international partners.
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in the educational sector.
• Ability to work with data and KPIs, especially NPS, to measure and enhance product performance.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of educational products and agile product development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams, such as Training Architects.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous experience in educational technology companies or with digital learning products.
• Knowledge of product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and user feedback collection platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Typeform). We use Typeform.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other educational platforms.
