About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant – Hunter Profile with drive, ambition, and an ownership mindset to help scale our commercial growth. This role is for someone who loves selling, thrives on ambitious targets, and sees every objection as an opportunity.
You’ll be actively engaged across the entire sales funnel — from inbound to outbound leads — applying a consultative and strategic approach. We're seeking someone with fire in their eyes, a winning attitude, and the motivation to make a real impact in the lives of thousands of professionals.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Proactively prospect qualified leads (outbound) and engage inbound leads
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client pain points and goals
- Present our tech education solutions in a personalized, strategic way
- Negotiate and close deals, always aiming to exceed sales targets
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM (preferably HubSpot)
- Perform consistent, high-quality follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Collaborate with the team, while taking full ownership of your individual results
Requisitos e qualificações
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Previous experience in consultative sales (Inbound and/or Outbound)
- Strong hunter mindset: resilient, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High energy and self-motivation with a sense of ownership
- Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in performance-driven sales environments
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN Selling, BANT)
